Dear Customer,
We are all confronted with a situation that was unimaginable a few short weeks ago, and with the measures and sacrifices that we have all taken because of Covid-19, the situation is gradually improving.
Profast Limited temporarily closed the normal trading in accordance with the government guidelines on the 27th of March. We still, however, provided a call out collection service for essential services and were able to support many of our customers who were performing work for front line support services, and I am extremely proud of the Profast employees who were able to deliver this service.
You may also have a new normal working environment, whether that be more working from home, less or no face to face visits, virtual meetings, social distancing and we will all have to learn to adapt to these changes. We have created a short survey using Survey Monkey so that we can understand your situation and needs as the rules of lockdown begin to relax.

The Roadmap for Reopening Society & Business – Phase 1 commences on the 18th of May, and Profast are here to support you from this date with any requirements that you have for Fasteners, Fixings, Strut and Accessories. During the early phases of this Roadmap, we will be operating at a reduced staffing level which we will continually monitor and adjust as business dictates. This means that whilst we are now open for business, we will not be operating at full capacity, but we will endeavour to provide the best possible service and will work hard to mitigate any delays. We would ask for your patience and understanding throughout this next phase.
Our Trade Counter will remain closed to the public during Phase 1, but orders can still be placed via email or by phone with collection made at Goods Out.
